RJH's grandfather, Ralph Morten Clayton, was my great-uncle. My grandfather died many years before I was born, and great-uncle Ralph was my surrogate grandfather who had immense influence on my education, as I know he had on RJH's. I was only 13 at the time of RJH's death, and never had the privilege of meeting him.
